Preparation before every session
In the book "The Mental Game of Poker" by Jared Tendler, he mentions the importance for preparation before entering each session of poker playing. It is like the warm-up every athlete do before the game start.
The following is a brief list for review as preparation before every session. Think about the issues mentioned before playing. This list will be modified with time as the playing skill progresses.
Mental:
1. do not worry about bankroll, don't let the number in PS account affect playing
2. play 1k hand each day and no more, stop no matter what the result goes for the session. This will train mental muscle and life needs to go on
Technical:

Technical:
- do not 5b all in bluff unless: have enough 4b stat, and with Ax, Kx hand
- do not play trash hand (ex. J4o), unless blinds are very tight
- be very careful when considering c-bet oop
- do not put all stake in with any one pair hand
- focus on value betting
- play at most 2 tables for zoom
- be very careful when making all-in bluff without much equity
- when call 3b ip and plan to play back after flop, do this with some equity, at least gutshot
- when facing raise ott or otr, only continue with nuts
